Saturday and Sunday - $550 for 4 hours
Friday Evening - $100/hour with a minimum of 3 hours
Weekday - $50/hour

We have 20 on-site parking spaces surrounding the building.

Absolutely! You are welcome to hire a caterer or bring in your own food and drinks.

You are welcome to DIY your own decor. We do not allow outside vendors to decorate. If you are interested in elevated decor, we can help and offer discounted decor pacakges.

Additional time can be added to your event but is subject to availability.

No but you are welcome to bring in your own. We do have a full-size refrigerator with a freezer in the kitchenette.

To make sure that we are able to clean and set for each event, we do not allow early entry into the space. Make sure that you reserve the amount of hours that you will need to include your set-up and clean-up time.

We ask that you leave the space in the condition it was when you arrived. You are provided with (3) 33 - gallon trash bags to pack up all of your garbage and leave by the ground floor entry door.
